For the past 15+ years, Eric Lindquist, owner of Lite Construction has been our only go-to for our Lake Sylvia cabin remodeling as well as some special projects for our office space in the Minneapolis Warehouse District. Eric is unique; we would call him a “creative contractor.” He brainstorms creative interior and exterior ideas with us along the way and is always eager to hear our ideas. He listens intently and always brings great ideals along with new innovation to the table. His ideas were always considerate of our budget. He and his team were always friendly, and their job site was always clean at the end of their day. Eric is down-to-earth, funny and we’ve always enjoyed working with him on a personal level. He takes his craft seriously and does excellent work, at a fair price.
