Rambler Residential Home Construction Project

This spacious rambler sits on ten acres of land with a beautiful view of the Crow River. It features an open concept kitchen, living room and 3-season porch that overlooks a large deck and pool. The living room and master bedroom feature large picture windows that offer a view of the dense woods and the flowing river in the back yard. The kitchen features rural beams across the ceiling, white oak flooring, a large “L” shaped island and sophisticated lighting that add a certain amount of rustic chic to the home. This home was custom built for a very busy family of 5 (plus 2 cats and 2 dogs!) and so it makes sense that there would be a drop zone just off the garage that allows for an organizational calendar, technology charging stations and storage. 

The great thing about a rambler style home is that it leaves ample room for entertaining friends and family. This home features a large wet bar, TV room and still allows plenty of space for a game table. The relaxing sauna just off of the bathroom is a luxury most appreciated in the cold winter months.
